Jayson has always loved cooking. It all started very early on, by hosting groups of friends for dinners, entertaining, enjoying good food, drinks, wine, and company. Following that passion, he pursued a career in culinary arts, and has been a chef in restaurants and catering companies across the country. He now owns Long-Bell Pizza Co. in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Some of the menu is shared between the restaurant and catering company, but the same quality is represented across the company. Jayson has always had a special passion for catering, and lets that shine through the food and presentation in each and every event.
